The founding member of Eureka Idea Co worked at the behest of World Education and in collaboration with Mercy Corp and Moris Rasik, a local microfinance institute, to esPagelish a $2 million self-supporting business network for solar home lighting systems in off-grid villages in rural Timor-Leste. The network was designed to be owned, operated and financed by members of Moris Rasik.
